Open Purchase / Right of withdrawal
Scandinavian WindowCraft AB applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you, as a customer, are entitled to a 14-day right of return, without any particular reason. The item must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging. Scandinavian WindowCraft AB reserves the right to charge the customer if something is missing. The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.

Please contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the item back, your money will be refunded.

Complaint
Scandinavian WindowCraft AB applies the Consumer Goods Act in the event of complaints. We hereby undertake to replace incorrect or broken products at no extra cost. Remember not to redeem packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In that case, make a complaint to the Post directly at the delivery point and ask them to send the package back to Scandinavian WindowCraft AB and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email info@scandinavianwindowcraft.com to inform about the complaint.
