Scandinavian WindowCraft AB applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To complete an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years. Customer refers to a natural person.
Ordering
Scandinavian WindowCraft AB's products can be ordered via the online store or write to info@scandinavianwindowcraft.com . Incoming orders are answered with an order confirmation via email.
Orders are binding on Scandinavian WindowCraft AB's side only after order confirmation has been received by the customer.
Scandinavian WindowCraft AB reserves the right to refuse a customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have made an order by mistake, you must therefore Contact Us immediately.
Booking conditions for courses
Weekend courses:
Cancellation before 30 days before the course free cancellation and rebooking.
Cancellation 29-15 days before course 60% refunded.
Cancellation 14-5 days before the course, 40% is refunded or rebooking to 20% of the course fee.
Cancellation 4-0 days before the course no refund, no rebooking possible.
Vocational course / Carpentry course
The registration fees for the Carpentry course and Vocational course are non-refundable.
The course fee must be paid before the start of the course.
Cancellation 30 days or more before the course free cancellation and rebooking.
Cancellation 29-11 days before the course 60% of the course fee is refunded or rebooking to 10% of the course fee.
Cancellation 10-0 days before the course 20% of the course fee is refunded or rebooking to 20% of the course fee.
Prices
All prices are stated including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and stated in Swedish kronor. Scandinavian WindowCraft AB reserves itself for VAT increases and other price changes that we cannot control. Fee for shipping and possibly invoice fee is added.
Payment
We accept payment via Swish or against invoice. Swish works between Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, ICA Banken, Länsförsäkringar, Nordea, SEB, Skandia, Sparbanken Syd, Sparbanken Öresund as well as Swedbank and Sparbankerna. You will receive an invoice via email that you have 15 days to pay to secure your place on the course or for your products to be shipped.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we contact the customer. Scandinavian WindowCraft AB cannot be held responsible for delivering sold out or expired product. The shipping cost is always visible in the shopping cart.
Guarantee
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have a problem with a product, contact us.
Normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service workshop. The receipt for the goods paid for is valid as a warranty card. Therefore always save the receipt!
Open Purchase / Right of withdrawal
Scandinavian WindowCraft AB applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you, as a customer, are entitled to a 14-day right of return, without any particular reason. The item must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging. Scandinavian WindowCraft AB reserves the right to charge the customer if something is missing. The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
Please contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the item back, your money will be refunded.
Complaint
Scandinavian WindowCraft AB applies the Consumer Goods Act in the event of complaints. We hereby undertake to replace incorrect or broken products at no extra cost. Remember not to redeem packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In that case, make a complaint to the Post directly at the delivery point and ask them to send the package back to Scandinavian WindowCraft AB and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email info@scandinavianwindowcraft.com to inform about the complaint.
Security
We will under no circumstances disclose any personal data without the consent of the person in question. The same also applies to email addresses.
